I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, and I still call the North Hills home. My children are grown now, but this city has shaped so much of who I am—and I love helping others find their place here. I also spend time in Fort Myers, where I maintain a second home and enjoy serving clients looking to relocate, invest, or enjoy the Florida lifestyle from Venice to Naples.
My real estate journey began as part of the Paul and Bonda Culley team, and I’m proud of the strong foundation we built together. When Paul retired, I continued growing the business with the same dedication and drive that earned me “Rookie of the Year” in my first year with RE/MAX Select Realty. Before real estate, I owned and operated a successful Hair Salon Day Spa in Wexford for nearly two decades. That experience taught me the value of relationships, hard work, and showing up for people—skills I still use every day.
I’m passionate about helping sellers get top dollar for their homes and guiding buyers to the perfect fit. I’m known for being honest, punctual, and a fierce negotiator (because it never hurts to ask!). I take pride in my attention to detail and my ability to make the process smooth, strategic, and even enjoyable.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outside—playing pickleball, golf, or tennis, or tending to my garden where I grow both flowers and vegetables. I love to travel and explore new places, and my bucket list includes seeing more of the American West—especially the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone. I believe life is about connection, and I love meeting people who share a passion for home, community, and adventure.
